All sessions are one to one personal training only and last for 60 minutes and usually  includes 10-15  minutes warm up, 40 minutes strength and conditioning and 5-10 minutes stretch. Our body shaping workouts are easy to follow and  include various forms of resistance based training ranging from bodyweight, weights, Olympic bars and cable machines. 

Please note we have a standard 24 hour cancellation policy when booking sessions. All sales are final.
