One of the key featured we worked on for Danielle was her glutes. King of exercises was different variations of deep Squats, dead lifts and kick backs. We swapped long running, and circuits for sprints and single sets heavy lifting.
Tanita had incredible transformation. We changed her diet from low carb ( *zero), high protein, high fat and introduced more starchy carbs, high protein, low fat. In addition, split training and low intensity cardio replaced her usual circuit 3x week legs and glutes style training.
Tanita placed 2nd in Britain following a very intense 4 week prep. Her learnings lead to further competitions and she continued to develop her passion for food setting up her own healthy food delivery business.
